From product development, the sample manufacturing to mass production, each step is carried out according to the quality control plan and process flow. FMEA and SPC are necessary to control methods. Laboratory testing equipment includes CMM, hardness testers, metallographic testers, roughness testers, film thickness testers, image projectors,  leakage testers, etc. During the production process, perform the first article inspection, process sampling inspection, and final inspection of final products. The above systems and processes ensure that the product quality meets the requirements.

When we quote for you, we will confirm the method of order transaction, FOB, CIF, CNF, etc. For mass production goods, you need to pay a 30% deposit before producing and a 70% balance against a copy of documents. The most common way is by T/T. L/C is also acceptable.
